Interbel is involved in the export of boats, cars, parts, and heavy machinery. As the business scaled with new warehouses, many new employees and clientele, the need for a custom accounting and inventory control system with admin and client portals recording and providing up-to-date logistics and information was crucial. Having collected all requirements, I have designed and managed the development of a web-based custom software solution which aided the core business functions and operations of the company and its’ clients. Some system modules included tracking customers shipments, an image and video repository of vehicles, loading and container logistics status with automated updates, payment information, and capturing and reporting of financials.
• Established a team of colleagues for collaboration, acting as product owner, business analyst and project manager. • Designed core system workflows and functionality, with additional modules such as container loading and tracking, client/admin portals, reporting and inventory/payment management.
