The tool finds applications in various domains, from assessments and modernization to process analysis, knowledge transfer, support, and estimations. It empowers users to gain a profound understanding of existing applications and supports forward engineering to contemporary platforms.
Goal
The primary goal of the project was the development of “floU for App Assessment,” initially built for PODS Moving & Storage. floU serves as a specialized tool designed to assess applications quickly and comprehensively. It empowers users to derive critical insights into application functionality and architecture with minimal effort.
Contributions
In this project, my contributions encompassed various key areas:
Project Management:
I took on a central role in project management and organization. This involved the coordination of project tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure a smooth development process.
Stakeholder Communication:
Effective communication with stakeholders was of paramount importance. I facilitated productive discussions and presented the capabilities of “floU for App Assessment” to stakeholders from cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
UX/UI Enhancements:
I actively contributed to enhancing the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of the “floU for App Assessment” tool. These enhancements aimed to make the tool user-friendly and efficient.
Business Analyst Tasks:
Engaging in various business analyst tasks, I focused on requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. This ensured that the tool was tailored to meet the specific needs of high-level management, developers, and analysts.
